A whole house just for you. You will appreciate it for its calm and its outdoor spaces. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), groups as well as workers traveling in the region.
With 3 double beds divided into 2 bedrooms plus a well-separated mezzanine. You can be up to 6 people.
In the middle of the fields, near a forest, you will find the house after walking a long avenue of chestnut trees. An entire building is reserved for you. You will appreciate its large wooded garden where you will relax on the two-seater hammock in the summer and enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace in the winter.
The house is appreciated by:
- travelers having a family celebration in the region (wedding, cousin reunion, …)
- motor sports enthusiasts, we are 25 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
– sportsmen (riders, we are 15 minutes from the Boulerie Jump)
– simply people who want to discover Sarthe!

You have access to the entire house, outside you can enjoy the garden: the little ones will have fun in the 16m2 sandbox, the older ones on the swing and trampoline. There are many hiking trails in the area. You can relax and have lunch under the pergola for a barbecue. In the house you will have access to its laundry room with its washing machine

By default I leave you alone as much as possible, but it is with great pleasure that I would come and chat!

For those who wish, I can lend a raclette, fondue or multi-crepe machine.
I provide sheets and towels. When you arrive, you will find the beds made and towels in the bathroom cabinet.
